Number of years coaching varsity sports: Eleven

Experience coaching at other schools, education, and personal experience playing sports: BA in Physical Ed, Played High School (Dallas) and College (Western Baptist) volleyball and basketball, played on a tour team that traveled throughout northwest and Europe. Coached freshmen, JV and assistant volleyball at Dallas high school, freshmen basketball at Salem Academy and Blanchet, varsity volleyball at Gervais, volleyball at Western Baptist College and Salem volleyball club.

What is your Coaching Philosophy? Respect for the individual, put energy into the things you can control, concept of team, positive reinforcement, reliability and dependability.

What do you do outside of coaching (Work & Family)? Teach at Blanchet. I am married and have two daughters and a son. I have a cake business and enjoy watching athletics and family activities.

What do you enjoy most about Blanchet? The kids.

As a Blanchet coach, what is one of your goals for this school year? Having fun while competing well, making lifetime memories with my players.
