Blanchet Catholic School employs a President and Principal administrative structure. Under this system, the President is the CEO and the administrative head of the school, operating under the authority vested in the President by the Board of Directors. The President implements policies formulated by the Board of Directors and exercises final authority over all school activities and programs.
The Principal directs and administers all school operations including the religious education program, instructional programs, support services and student activities. The Principal assures that the values, mission and philosophy of Blanchet Catholic School are reflected in all aspects of the school's operation.
President Charles E. Lee serves as the Chief
Executive Officer of Blanchet and is responsible for the religious ethics,
educational direction and financial strength of the school. Mr. Lee has over
thirty years of experience in administrating Catholic schools, including nine
years of service as Principal of Valley Catholic School in Beaverton.
Principal Robert Weber oversees the complex day-to-day operations of the
school. Both President Lee and Principal Weber have worked at Blanchet for ten
years.
Vice Principals
of the mid-high and high schools, a Facilities/Athletics Director and a full-time
Counselor complete the Blanchet team of administrators. School support staff
includes a development director, admissions coordinator, as well as
office/business and student activities personnel.
