In 1997, Blanchet was granted full accreditation by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges. The first graduating class received their diplomas in June 1999. Today Blanchet's enrollment has more than tripled, with a student body of over 390 students. Blanchet Catholic School offers academic and spiritual growth opportunities to both Catholic and non-Catholic youth, grades 7-12. The school operates by permission of the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon, but is not owned by a religious order.
The school paid off the mortgage on its 22-acre campus and school facility in 2004. Blanchet completed a $1.4 million fundraising campaign, called "Belief in Blanchet," in 2005.
Blanchet has established a positive reputation throughout the Willamette Valley
for its academic excellence, competitive athletic programs, quality faculty
and supportive community.
