Blanchet students in grades 9 through 11 met for a college and career planning assembly. Students learned about our college counseling services from Counselor, Mrs. Shayla Brown. We want our students to know they have support in reaching their goal of pursuing a college education. Students learned about the importance of good grades, extracurricular, and volunteer activities as they build a strong foundation for college and scholarship applications. Students were all given the task to begin tracking activities on an activities chart, which will be collected in the spring as well as a college planning checklist. The future looks bright for our Cavaliers!
