Joy Bilodeau

Mrs. Joy Bilodeau has an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Design.    She is a pro seamstress and crafter and has owned a balloon business and gift store for thirteen years.  Mrs. Bilodeau drives bus and is an office assistant.
