Valerie Lemmon

Mrs. Valerie Lemmon earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and a master's in teaching from Western Oregon University.  Before earning her teaching license, she worked as a legal secretary, substituted, and worked in the GED program at Chemeketa.  She taught at Blanchet from 2009 to 2012, when she left to stay home with her children. During that time, she worked as a substitute teacher and an inclusion specialist with the Portland Parks Adaptive Recreation program, then moved to Vermont, where I volunteered as a coordinator for a nature education program and as a Girl Scout leader.

She currently teaches physical science, advanced physical science, and 8th-grade science.
